Gasthof Moselloreley in Piesport

The restaurant is located directly on the Moselle. Very quiet location despite the street leading to the mobile home parking lot. There is sufficient parking space behind the house for overnight guests, cyclists, motorbikes and motorists. The access to the house there is also barrier-free, as are the modern rooms. The fact that the rooms can only be reached by stairs disturbs the accessibility. But the food and wine, as well as the very friendly and courteous staff, complete the positive overall picture.

Comment on my review from 06.09. and her following comment: I think it's a shame that they don't take my criticism to heart, but rather portray me as a liar! There is no mistaking the place. I was on Saturday the 5th of September. as a guest at your place and on the day in question I received a feather white from you. Furthermore, I find it extremely worrying that they use the corona-related address list to compare negative reviews. This clearly violates the General Data Protection Regulation and is therefore a criminal offense. By the way, “Ilayda Michelle” is my username on Google and not my real name.

Very good price-performance ratio. Friendly owner. A historic inn, wonderfully renovated. Everything clean and well maintained. In Corona times, the hygiene regulations are very carefully observed. Good breakfast. The menu for dinner is straightforward, but there is something for every taste.

We were there for an overnight stay with our two children. We received a very friendly welcome. The room was super nice, everything was lovingly renovated and big enough to be comfortable with 4 people. Breakfast and dinner were also absolutely delicious. Despite the corona times, we felt that we were in good hands. In my opinion, the hygiene measures were more than complied with. Thanks to the whole team, you're doing great! Super nice staff and owner with delicious food and wine. The pork tenderloin was really very good. Cozy atmosphere with a view of the Moselle. Thank you for the nice evening and the wine tasting with interesting conversations.

Great location, exposed on the Moselle, right on the bike and hiking trail ..... but it is closed. It is not really clear why a hotel has extremely limited opening times during the main season. Disappointed hikers and cyclists had to resignedly keep looking. If you don't need it, you are not happy about the tourists after the Corona easing. The tourist infrastructure in the Spreewald shows how it can be done better. As a consumer, you still feel welcome.

Great onion cake, quite strict interpretation of the Corona rules, but no idea about disinfection.

Very nice hotel, in a great location on the Moselle. The room very nicely done with a view of the river. The food and service was very good. We'll stop by again.

I was not served after the first drink. With a growling stomach we went to another restaurant. Poor service - meals cannot be rated for a given occasion.

Very nice hotel! Family-run, everything is lovingly furnished, freshly renovated rooms that still retain the charm of the old building. The food in the restaurant with a view of the Moselle was excellent. Rather 4 stars than 3 stars! With the "small wine tour" you have the opportunity to try the delicious home-made wines while eating. Breakfast was great too!

A nice inn with nice rooms to stay. The cuisine is very good and the prices are fair. We were very happy to be there. THANKS once again to the whole team who, despite Corona, gave us a nice stay.

Great location, family run and clean. I was the second time professionally. Mostly booked at the weekend. Clean rooms, big bathrooms and own restaurant. The wine is delicious and the food good. Highly recommended are the tarte flambée. The staff is nice and accommodating. Located directly on the banks of the Moselle.

Beautiful view, but will not come back : nicely decorated room, but lack of the minimum confort (no storage space at all). What is more, we had to wait one hour and a half before having our first plate. All this is not very serious.

Very nice, cozy rooms. Bathroom is quite modern with enough space. Breakfast is delicious. And last, but not least, very nice staff / owners.
